20 - 22 MARCH
LEVELLING
THE MIX
We are looking for enthusiastic women (18+) to join our Sound Engineering Residency Project - Levelling the Mix. This is a high-impact technical residency embedded within the 2026 Lake Cullulleraine Music Festival, designed to address the gender imbalance within the sound engineering industry and to build the capacity of Mallee creatives.
In partnership with the Lake Cullulleraine Music Festival, participants will be immersed in a live festival environment. Following an intensive training residency, you will move from theoretical knowledge to 'hands-on' learning by operating the festival’s second stage. Throughout the program, you will be fully supported and mentored by industry professionals, including a dedicated trainer and project mentor.
